Objectives of the Tour

The Nanyang Primary Gymnastics Team i s looking forward to our Immersion Programme in Beijing.

The objectives of the tour are as follows:

• To develp a deeper understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture, values, geogrpahical features and history.
• To develop self-reliance, independence and adaptability.
• To inculcuate team spirit, tolerance and endurance among pupils.
• To allow cultural exchanges and direct interaction between pupils of Nanyang Primary School and the local pupils so as to broaden their vision and knowledge.
• To reinforce learning of gymnastics skills.
• To be familiar with family and community life in China.
